Oatmeal
Oatmeal perhaps one of the healthy breakfasts you can easily prepare for your family. Oatmeal can seem difficult to prepare, but all it quite easy, you can takes 1 cup of dry oats, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 2 cup of water, and cooked at least 15 minutes in the microwave. Stir everything together in a bowl, Sprinkle some white sugar and pinch cinnamon on your hot cereal when it’s ready.

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Greek Yogurt

Mix until the coconut oil is melted and mixed all ingredients together. Pour the mixture ½ cup walnuts and toss ingredients together until completely coated.

You can startup your day by healthy morning breakfast smoothie. You can takes 1 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup spinach leaves, and then mixed with 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup basil leaves and 1 frozen banana, then blend all ingredients until smooth and  breakfast smoothie ready to prepare
